Five Double Bedrooms

Refurbished to a high, modern standard with new furniture in 2018. All bedrooms include a double bed, a double/triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and Eames 'colour' designer chair. Bedrooms four and two are a little bigger and have a sofa or day chair. All bedrooms are painted white with a grey feature wall, grey carpet and grey curtains.

The house has a modern ground floor shower room and a first floor bathroom with shower over.

The modern fitted kitchen includes all crockery, pans, glasses, utensils etc. plus a large American Fridge Freezer to give you plenty of food storage. There is also an electric oven, hob and washing machine. The dining table has two modern benches along with a TV providing Virgin Media Tivo services. We kit out the house so you can move in with just your bedding and towels. 
 
All bills are included with a fair usage policy: electricity, gas, water, Virgin Media TV and superfast fibre broadband.

There is a rear garden with a shed for bike storage. A gardener visits every two weeks between Spring and Autumn. 

The house is in an excellent location; walking distance to the Waterside Campus and into the town centre. Shops including Tesco, Asda, Lidl, Starbucks and the train station are all within close proximity. The Coop and a range of fast food places are minutes away. 
 
The house has new double glazed windows, central heating and hot water is on demand.
