Five Double Bedrooms

The house was refurbished throughout to a modern standard with new furniture in Summer 2017.

All bedrooms include a double bed with storage, a double or triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and a bedside table. The fitted kitchen includes all crockery, pans, glasses, utensils etc. as well as a breakfast bar, fridge-freezer, another fridge and freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and washing machine. We kit out the house so you can move in with just your bedding and towels. 

The separate living-room has black leather sofas and a large screen TV with Virgin Media. Dining table and designer chairs. One wall is wallpapered in a cool geometric design.

The house has two bathrooms; one with a shower cubicle and one with a bath with shower over. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. 

All bills are included: electricity, gas, water and superfast fibre broadband. A fortnightly cleaner is included for the communal areas. The rear garden has a shed for bike storage.

The area has plenty of street parking available without the need for a permit. The house is walking distance to many amenities including Cineworld, McDonalds, Lidl, Sainsburys and restaurants including TGI's and Frankie & Bennys. It is just a five minute walk from the house to the Sixfields UON park and ride and a short bus ride to the train station and into town.
