Five Double Bedrooms

This is a large modern house with plenty of space for five friends to share.

The bedrooms are large and include a deep mattress double bed with storage, a double or triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and a bedside table. The fitted kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, another fridge and freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and smart washing machine.

The separate living-room has black leather sofas and a smart large screen TV for movie nights with friends. Dining table and designer chairs. One wall is wallpapered in a cool geometric design and the fireplace is painted in porcelain blue.

The house has two full bathrooms; one with a shower cubicle and one with a bath with shower over. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. 

​

All bills are included with a usage cap: electricity, gas, water and superfast fibre broadband.

The area has plenty of street parking available without the need for a permit. The house is walking distance to many amenities including Cineworld, McDonalds, Lidl, Sainsburys and restaurants including TGI's and Five Guys. It is just a 4 minute walk to the local bus stop or a 15 minute walk to the Sixfields UoN park and ride. Both buses take no more than 15 minutes then into town/Uni.
