A modern fitted kitchen with white marble effect tops includes a large fridge freezer. There is an oven and hob, microwave and and washing machine.

A separate living/dining room has two large comfortable sofas, a dining table and chairs and large screen smart TV so you can enjoy your own Netflix, Prime, Disney+ etc. The room has a spider light with filament bulbs and feature walls to make it different to your normal student homes. 

All bills included with a usage cap: electricity, gas, water and superfast fibre broadband.

There is a rear garden with a shed for bike storage. A gardener will visit every two weeks between Spring and Autumn. 

The house is in an excellent location; walking distance to the Waterside Campus and into the town centre. Shops including Tesco, Asda, Lidl, Starbucks and the train station are all within close proximity. The Coop and a range of fast food places are minutes away.
