Four Double Bedrooms

Refurbished to a modern standard. All bedrooms include a double bed, a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, Eames 'colour' designer chair, mirror and USB charging hub. All bedrooms are painted in modern grey and white tones.

The house has a large fitted kitchen which includes all crockery, pans, glasses, utensils etc. There is an oven, hob, 2 fridge freezers each with four shelves and four drawers, microwave and washing machine. There is a dining table and red chairs for four people, plus a blackboard door to unleash your creative side! We kit out the house so you can move in with just your bedding and towels.

The separate living-room has designer wallpaper and additions to make the house feel like home from home. There are two sofas and a large screen TV with Virgin Media Cable.

The bathroom is located on the first floor and includes a shower over a bath with hot water on demand.

All bills are included with a fair usage policy: electricity, gas, water, tv and superfast fibre broadband.

There is a rear garden with bike storage. A gardener visits every two weeks between Spring and Autumn.

The house is in an excellent location; just a 5 minute walk to the Waterside Campus and into the town centre. Shops including Tesco, Asda, Lidl, Starbucks and the train station are all within close proximity. The Coop and a range of fast food places are minutes away.
